Your mouth is telling a story every day. The question we wrestle with is whether that story matches fear and lack or matches God’s Word. Chaplain Terry Warner kicks off Decree Number Two by grounding us in Job 22:27–28, then lands on a simple, powerful line from Psalm 34:1: “I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.” We talk about why praise is not a mood, it’s a decision and a discipline that can steady your faith when life feels loud.

From there, we get honest about a pattern many of us slip into: decreeing what we already have. “More month than money” might feel relatable, but it can also become a default confession that keeps your focus locked on shortage. We explore the difference between bringing real needs to God and treating Him like a machine where you put in effort and expect a guaranteed product. This is where the episode turns practical: shift your language, shift your expectations, and start agreeing with what God says instead of rehearsing what you fear.

We also go straight to the heart of the gospel. God does not send Jesus to condemn the world, but to save it, and we connect that to the cross, righteousness, and what it means to trust God even when you don’t “feel” worthy. Then we make it concrete with two core passages: Romans 10:9–10 as a spoken confession of salvation, and 1 Corinthians 1:30 as a declaration of your identity in Christ: wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption.

If you want Scripture-based declarations, Christian encouragement, and a clear way to practice faith with your words, press play. Subscribe, share this with a friend who needs a reset, and leave a review telling us what you’re choosing to decree this week.

Welcome And Decree Two

SPEAKER_00

Hello, friend. Chaplain Terry Warner here. This is 30 Days of Decrees and Rejoicing. This would be Decree number two. It's season 2026. It's episode number 22. This is are going to be 30 days of decree and rejoicing, but it will take longer than 30 days to make these because it takes quite a bit of time and effort to research it out. And the Lord gives them to me one at a time. He doesn't just dump 30 days of decrees on me. I couldn't handle it. Have trouble handling one. Anyway, I digress.

Foundation Scripture On Decrees

SPEAKER_00

Your foundation scripture is Job 22, 27, and 28. You will make your prayer to him, and he will hear you, and you will pay your vows. You shall also decide and decree a thing, and it shall be established for you, and the light of God's favor

Psalm 34:1 Decree Of Praise

shall shine upon your way. Our decree today is Psalm 34. Psalm 34 is a psalm of David when he pretended to be insane before King Amalek, drove him out and he went away. Amplified Bible. So decree number two is going to be Psalm 34, verse 1. I will bless the Lord at all times. His praise shall continually be in my mouth. That's Psalm 34, 1, Amplify. Now let's do a little explanation. My life, your life, makes our boast in the Lord. Let the humble and the afflicted hear and be glad. Oh magnify the Lord with me. All we are, and all that we will be, come and let us exalt his name together and forever. I am inquiring of the Lord, and required him of necessity, and on the authority of his word, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears. Now look at Psalm 73 verse 25. Look at Matthew 7:7. Psalm 73 verse 25 asks the proverbial question Whom ha I whom have I in heaven but you? And there is none upon the earth that I desire but you. Look at Matthew 7 7. Ask and it shall be given you. Seek and you shall find. Knock and it shall be open unto you.

Stop Decreeing Lack And Fear

SPEAKER_00

Friend, most of us and all of us at one time or another have decided or have decreed what we've already had. For instance, I have more month than money. I tried decreeing, saying believing, begging, fasting, praying, and a whole lot of other stuff that left me in a state of lack. Bad luck, bad decisions, and begging God to do something, and it just doesn't work for me. Friend, this not working example, just work. The problem is you were trying to make God out to be some kind of machine, and you put a something of value in other words, your money, time, and effort, and you get a product or a blessing from God. But a lot of us give God stuff like sickness, disease, anger, flank, and a whole lot of more lot more. Read Deuteronomy 28 verses 15 through 68 to see all these curses. Okay? Look at the Gospel of Matthew, Jesus speaking. For verily I say unto you, till heaven and earth pass, not one jot or one tilt shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Matthew 5 18. Friends, we forget, especially in Western culture, Jesus was a Jew. He lived a Jew, he walked a Jew, he talked a Jew, he wore the clothes of a Jew. He was a Jew. The world, prompted and encouraged

by the devil himself, has, in a large part, convinced the world God wants to send you to hell because of your bad behavior. Friend, the reason you've been kept out of hell is because of God's love for you. Listen to this. And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so the Son of Man, Jesus, must be lifted up. He was lifted up on the cross, and in doing so, God made him, Jesus, to be made sin for us, so that through his blood sacrifice we are made the righteousness of God in Christ, Jesus our Lord. 2 Corinthians 5 21. If you put your trust in God, you've been made the righteousness of God. I don't care whether you look like it, feel like it, or understand it. The Bible said it, that settles it. Let's continue. That for God did not send Jesus into the world to condemn you, actually everyone, but that the world through him, Jesus in other words, might be saved. John 3, verse 14 through 18. King James Version

Jesus Saves Not Condemns

SPEAKER_00

and Chaplin Terry's uh comments. So today, start decreeing what God says. Makes law God's law your his word your decree. God doesn't have any sin, sickness, disease, or lack he can send you. I'm thinking of people saying, Well, God's trying to teach me something. Come on, folks, get real. God's not trying to teach you anything other than his word and the beauty of writing, the beauty of living and walking in his love. However, he can send you his blessings, prosperity, holiness, and listen to this, and make it your decree. First, read out loud and believe Romans 10, 9, and 10. Follow along with me. That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you shall be saved. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness, with the mouth confessions made unto salvation. Did you do it? Great. Now let's make a separate decree. Turn to 1 Corinthians 1 30, or follow along with me. But unto him, Jesus, in other words, are you in Christ Jesus? You're the body of Christ. When you give your heart to Jesus, you were born into born again into the body of Christ. Jesus being the head, you being the body. Who is of God made into us? Let me back up and straighten this out without interrupting you. But unto him are you in Christ Jesus, who is of God made into us wisdom and

righteousness and sanctification and redemption. You get that? You have the mind of Christ. God said it, I believe it, and that settles it. Psalm 1199. You have a blessed day. And repeat this decree till it becomes part of you. In Jesus' name. Amen.

I agree.
