00:00:00.880 --> 00:00:01.919
Hello, friend.
00:00:02.160 --> 00:00:03.919
Chaplain Terry Warner here.
00:00:04.160 --> 00:00:07.839
Today I have a special guest that I'm really excited for you to meet.
00:00:08.080 --> 00:00:09.839
His name is Dan Parr.
00:00:10.400 --> 00:00:14.640
He's a passionate follower of Jesus Christ and a gifted Bible narrator.
00:00:14.960 --> 00:00:22.079
He has a deep love for God's Word and a desire to make it accessible and understandable for everyone.
00:00:22.559 --> 00:00:28.719
He is the publisher and narrator of the Easy to Understand Read Bible, the E-U-R.
00:00:29.359 --> 00:00:34.240
His voice is clear, warm, and he has an engaging delivery.
00:00:34.640 --> 00:00:38.880
Enough about me and my special guest, Dan.
00:00:39.679 --> 00:00:40.960
The show's yours.
00:00:41.359 --> 00:00:43.359
Well, thank you so much, Chaplain Terry.
00:00:43.439 --> 00:00:44.560
It's a pleasure to be here.
00:00:44.640 --> 00:00:49.439
I'm happy you reached out, and uh, it's just an honor to be able to spend some time with you this afternoon.
00:00:49.840 --> 00:00:50.799
Thank you.
00:00:52.640 --> 00:00:54.000
So, where do you want to start?
00:00:54.240 --> 00:00:58.399
You want to start with uh your mom and the choices she made?
00:00:58.719 --> 00:01:00.399
Yeah, that's that's probably a good place.
00:01:00.560 --> 00:01:04.319
It kind of sets the foundation for everything that I've done, I feel.
00:01:04.560 --> 00:01:06.640
Um, so let me go way back.
00:01:06.799 --> 00:01:10.000
Uh, when I mean way back, I mean before I was born.
00:01:11.040 --> 00:01:17.840
Um, when my mom was pregnant with me, she was going through a very challenging season of life.
00:01:18.079 --> 00:01:28.400
She had been suffering from migraine headaches, and the only relief she found was being on these strong medications that her doctor prescribed to her.
00:01:28.640 --> 00:01:38.719
Now, while she had been taking these, uh, turns out she became pregnant, and she was very concerned about what all these drugs she had going through her would do to her baby.
00:01:38.959 --> 00:01:47.439
So she went to her doctor and was hoping to get a little bit of comfort, but he basically just reassured her that, yeah, this was trouble.
00:01:47.680 --> 00:02:00.400
Um, he said that the medications that she's on comes with a whole host of side effects, uh, including birth defects, um, mental retardation, um, could be anything.
00:02:00.719 --> 00:02:07.040
But he knew that something was going to be not normal with um the baby.
00:02:07.439 --> 00:02:10.800
So what he advised is that she get an abortion.
00:02:10.960 --> 00:02:20.960
Um, he knew that it was going to be a very big challenge and strain on my family to care for a special needs child, and he just recommended that course of action.
00:02:21.280 --> 00:02:25.199
Well, of course, she was, you know, distraught when she heard that.
00:02:25.360 --> 00:02:27.840
And uh she went home and talked to my dad.
00:02:27.919 --> 00:02:30.879
And they just started to seek the Lord, Pastor Terry.
00:02:31.039 --> 00:02:39.919
And uh they uh came to a place in prayer where they thought, well, if God allowed her to become pregnant, there must be a reason for it.
00:02:40.080 --> 00:02:41.280
He doesn't make mistakes.
00:02:41.360 --> 00:02:51.199
So even if this child is going to be born special needs, we're gonna honor God, honor life, and let this child come and make his way in the world.
00:02:51.520 --> 00:02:56.400
So with that, they uh put it out there and decided to bring me to term.
00:02:56.560 --> 00:03:04.960
And when I was born, they looked me over, had all my fingers, had all my toes, they watched over the next several months, and I developed perfectly normal.
00:03:05.199 --> 00:03:06.800
It was as expected.
00:03:07.039 --> 00:03:09.439
So that was many, many decades ago.
00:03:09.759 --> 00:03:12.319
But uh, I've been in good health ever since.
00:03:12.479 --> 00:03:18.000
And, you know, just that decision that they made really had an impact on me.
00:03:18.159 --> 00:03:29.360
It it made me realize if God allowed me to be born without any kind of issue or problems or special needs, then he must have a reason and a purpose for it.
00:03:29.599 --> 00:03:34.800
So that, you know, put it in my heart very early that I'm here for a reason.
00:03:34.960 --> 00:03:40.800
Now, as I've gotten older, I've come to realize that everybody has a reason and a purpose.
00:03:40.960 --> 00:03:42.159
It's not just me.
00:03:42.319 --> 00:03:50.400
Uh, but for me, that really just cemented the the thought in my head that, okay, I have something that I'm here to do, obviously.
00:03:50.639 --> 00:03:57.199
And it would take many, many years and uh a lot of uh being away from the Lord for a period of time.
00:03:57.439 --> 00:04:03.680
But eventually I I found what I believe to be my calling in uh his place of service.
00:04:04.560 --> 00:04:05.120
Yes.
00:04:05.360 --> 00:04:14.879
Um excuse me, the the divine the abortion really gets to me.
00:04:15.599 --> 00:04:23.920
We adopted four children, and the reason we did was of two miscarriages and a stillborn one week prior to delivery.
00:04:25.279 --> 00:04:27.360
That's so we decided to adopt.
00:04:27.680 --> 00:04:32.319
We had wanted to be missionaries, but we didn't want to go over leave town, so to speak.
00:04:32.560 --> 00:04:34.720
So we decided to adopt.
00:04:35.120 --> 00:04:43.839
So when you bring abortion in and miscarriages and a design purpose, it really gets to me and it just emotionally gets gets to me.
00:04:44.240 --> 00:04:46.480
Uh I yeah, I understand.
00:04:46.560 --> 00:04:50.720
Life is precious, and you know, it's just by God's grace that I'm here.
00:04:50.879 --> 00:04:53.360
Really, it's by God's grace that any of us are here.
00:04:53.600 --> 00:05:01.199
And just, you know, just to have that burden to have a child and then go through complications or issues, you know, like you you and your wife did.
00:05:01.279 --> 00:05:09.920
It's just it's just heartbreaking to think of, you know, all the children that are wanted that couples can have that have been aborted over the years.
00:05:10.000 --> 00:05:12.720
So I completely understand where you're coming from with that.
00:05:12.959 --> 00:05:20.639
I even get into uh liking it to the uh sacrifice of Moloch.
00:05:20.959 --> 00:05:21.199
Right.
00:05:21.439 --> 00:05:24.319
You know, I get into that stuff into that now.
00:05:24.959 --> 00:05:32.160
Well, what was your key to understanding the translation or doing this translation?
00:05:32.560 --> 00:05:35.839
Yeah, that was uh it was a unique journey to say the least.
00:05:36.000 --> 00:05:43.199
When I uh I started this, I had no desire to become a Bible publisher or narrator.
00:05:43.360 --> 00:05:45.199
It started innocently enough.
00:05:45.439 --> 00:05:47.839
I'm a uh voiceover talent by trade.
00:05:47.920 --> 00:05:49.600
I read scripts for people.
00:05:50.160 --> 00:05:56.480
And um I would read scripture in church in our Sunday school class or small group.
00:05:56.639 --> 00:06:04.639
And one day the um teacher said, You know, Dan, I always hope you're going to volunteer when I ask for somebody to read the scripture.
00:06:04.800 --> 00:06:08.079
I love the way God's voice or God's word sounds with your voice.
00:06:08.240 --> 00:06:10.000
And I thought, well, that was very nice.
00:06:10.240 --> 00:06:20.079
So I got this idea that I was going to make a little Facebook video about the resurrection of Christ for Easter and put it up on my Facebook for friends and family.
00:06:20.319 --> 00:06:29.439
So I went to the book of Luke, found the resurrection story, and I thought, well, I could probably make this flow a little bit better, easier to read and understand.
00:06:29.759 --> 00:06:40.399
So uh I kind of rewrote it without changing the meaning or intent of the author and put that together and made a little Facebook video and got some good feedback on it.
00:06:40.639 --> 00:06:47.680
So it wasn't too long after that that I began to think, well, what if I just did the entire book of Luke?
00:06:47.839 --> 00:06:51.120
That would be pretty ambitious to do the entire book of the Bible.
00:06:51.360 --> 00:06:51.600
Yes.
00:06:52.319 --> 00:06:55.920
So I thought if I'm gonna do that, I might as well try to sell it as well, right?
00:06:56.000 --> 00:07:00.480
I've got some stuff on Audible and Amazon, so I might as well put that up there.
00:07:00.800 --> 00:07:03.360
So I was going to record the book of Luke.
00:07:03.519 --> 00:07:13.120
However, I found you can't just pick up the Bible and record it if you want to sell it, because it's got copy marks and trade uh copyright protection on it, right?
00:07:13.279 --> 00:07:14.079
Trademarks.
00:07:14.399 --> 00:07:19.759
So I had to find something, a translation that was available in the public domain.
00:07:20.000 --> 00:07:30.240
So I came across the King James Version and I started reading it a little bit and got to all the these and the thou's and the beseecheths and the saiths.
00:07:30.399 --> 00:07:36.480
And I thought, well, this sounds very beautiful, but this is going to be a very challenging task for me to read.
00:07:36.560 --> 00:07:38.160
So I can't use this.
00:07:38.560 --> 00:07:40.000
Uh, I had to find another version.
00:07:40.160 --> 00:07:56.800
I came across the World English Bible, and it was much more modern, uh, but even it had a lot of um, I would say, awkward phrasing or sentences or kind of some archaic terms and language, uh, things that we don't really say anymore in the 2020s.
00:07:56.959 --> 00:07:58.800
So I thought, okay, well, I can start with this.
00:07:58.879 --> 00:08:13.519
It's a good, reliable base, and I'll take this and I'm just gonna go through the book of Luke, sentence by sentence by sentence, chapter by chapter, and uh rewrite it to make it understandable and easier to uh to read.
00:08:13.839 --> 00:08:18.000
So I did that, and then I recorded the book of Luke and put it out there.
00:08:18.079 --> 00:08:24.000
And when it was done, I thought, okay, that was a lot of work, and I enjoyed the process.
00:08:24.240 --> 00:08:29.040
However, I don't know if anybody is ever going to listen to this, so I'm done.
00:08:29.199 --> 00:08:30.000
And that was it.
00:08:30.079 --> 00:08:32.639
I was I was planning on hanging it up right there.
00:08:33.200 --> 00:08:49.279
But as you know, God is um a little persistent, and it wasn't too long after I did the book of Luke that he started to speak to my heart and say, you know, the book of Acts is really the book of Luke part two.
00:08:49.679 --> 00:08:52.720
Don't you think people need to know the rest of the story?
00:08:53.679 --> 00:08:58.240
And of course I resisted a little bit, but I felt uh the nudge there, the urging there.
00:08:58.320 --> 00:08:59.840
And eventually I gave into it.
00:08:59.919 --> 00:09:03.039
And I did the book of Acts and I thought, okay, well, I'm glad that's done.
00:09:03.120 --> 00:09:09.759
I told the rest of the story, and it wasn't too long before I thought Romans has a lot of good stuff in there.
00:09:09.919 --> 00:09:12.159
People probably need to hear the book of Romans.
00:09:12.399 --> 00:09:31.519
So I'm like, okay, I'll do the book of Romans, and as you can imagine, the um the urging of the spirit continued, and I finished doing the entire New Testament, and it wasn't before long, before it well, I thought, well, there's a lot of great stories in the Old Testament that have value as well.
00:09:32.159 --> 00:09:39.600
Um, and it's funny, uh, Chaplain Terry, because I was arguing with God during this process.
00:09:40.000 --> 00:09:44.559
I was telling him, we don't need another translation of the Bible.
00:09:44.720 --> 00:09:46.240
We have plenty of them out there.
00:09:46.320 --> 00:09:47.600
We don't need one more.
00:09:47.759 --> 00:09:52.080
And I would say this frequently as I was working on it.
00:09:52.320 --> 00:10:03.919
Uh, but eventually, I guess God found it more amusing than persuasive because I seemed to sense him saying, Dan, why don't you let me decide what we need and what we don't?
00:10:04.240 --> 00:10:07.519
And I thought, okay, I guess that's what I needed to hear.
00:10:07.679 --> 00:10:08.000
Yeah.
00:10:08.159 --> 00:10:18.720
So uh with that, I I completed the Old Testament uh and New Testament, and four years later, uh, had a complete version, all 66 books of the Bible.
00:10:19.039 --> 00:10:19.519
Goodness.
00:10:19.759 --> 00:10:21.600
So it took a little bit of effort.
00:10:21.840 --> 00:10:24.159
Yes, that's quite an accomplishment.
00:10:24.399 --> 00:10:24.960
Oh, thank you.
00:10:25.440 --> 00:10:30.240
On a side note, I uh teach a Bible study in the prison every Sunday.
00:10:30.879 --> 00:10:41.120
Great to incarcerated veterans, and the younger ones do not understand King James, it's like talking Greek to them.
00:10:41.279 --> 00:10:44.720
Uh they can't read it, they can't write it, and they don't understand it.
00:10:45.039 --> 00:10:47.919
I grew up with it, so I don't think anything about it.
00:10:48.399 --> 00:10:56.639
Uh as a matter of fact, when I was a kid, we would talk King James, but not so much anymore.
00:10:57.360 --> 00:11:02.159
But yes, they it's it's a different generation and a different day.
00:11:02.320 --> 00:11:16.000
And the people need to realize uh I witnessed to a particular denomination that that doesn't believe anything like I do, but I use his Bible, and I'm wanting to Christ using his Bible.
00:11:16.320 --> 00:11:16.799
Wow.
00:11:16.960 --> 00:11:22.799
And and I I don't know that I'm allowed to say what denomination it was or anything else, but so I won't.
00:11:22.960 --> 00:11:30.000
But i if it hadn't been you know, that's how I witnessed to him was through his own denomination's Bible.
00:11:30.480 --> 00:11:32.000
And it had a lot of errors in it.
00:11:32.080 --> 00:11:36.480
But once he saw that, then he got into the word and got into the real word.
00:11:36.960 --> 00:11:39.200
And by that I mean the Greek and Hebrew.
00:11:39.600 --> 00:11:42.159
I looked for the root words and causes and stuff.
00:11:42.559 --> 00:11:46.240
So yes, uh that's that's quite an undertaking.
00:11:47.360 --> 00:11:58.639
Now, how do you how do you ensure that it's gonna stay vital and stay you you know we can only control so much?
00:11:59.759 --> 00:12:00.320
Exactly.
00:12:00.480 --> 00:12:01.679
You're absolutely right.
00:12:01.759 --> 00:12:13.519
And what I had to come to grips with is I'm not a Bible teacher, I'm not a theologian, I haven't graduated from seminary, so I thought, God, why use me?
00:12:13.679 --> 00:12:18.639
Well, you know, sure I can speak, but uh, why use me?
00:12:19.120 --> 00:12:26.399
And you know, again, God often calls those who are available and he equips them to do his service.
00:12:26.559 --> 00:12:44.399
Yeah, and I got the impression that when I was doing this, that the Lord was saying to me, you know, when I started to spread the message of the gospel, I didn't go to the religious elite, I went to fishermen, I went to a tax collector and some other guys, just common everyday men, and turned out pretty good for me spreading the message that way.
00:12:44.559 --> 00:12:47.360
So if I can use them, I could probably use you too, Dan.
00:12:47.840 --> 00:12:51.600
So I thought, okay, I guess I'm I guess I'm all right then in doing this.
00:12:51.840 --> 00:12:57.120
Yeah, we wouldn't have picked anybody, maybe Paul, but we wouldn't have picked any of the others.
00:12:57.440 --> 00:12:58.000
Exactly.
00:12:58.159 --> 00:13:02.000
Yeah, it they uh were unlearned men.
00:13:02.399 --> 00:13:06.720
But again, I think God does that on purpose so he can get the glory, right?
00:13:06.879 --> 00:13:12.399
People will see these are ordinary, unschooled men, yet the power of God is working through them.
00:13:12.480 --> 00:13:20.879
And I could only hope that that's what happens with this translation of the Bible, that people see God in it and hear God through it.
00:13:20.960 --> 00:13:29.120
Uh, but you know, I I just had to come to a place where I knew that God is sovereign and he is going to do whatever he wants to do.
00:13:29.279 --> 00:13:48.080
And I just have to put my faith and trust in him that I'm going to do my absolute very best and handle this with the um sacredness of that is the text and reverence that I need to have for it, and just making sure that I'm doing everything I can to make sure it is theologically accurate.
00:13:48.240 --> 00:14:22.879
And I did that by checking against several different versions of the Bible as what as I was doing this to make sure that what I wrote lines up with how scriptures have historically been uh interpreted, to make sure that I'm not going out in left field anywhere and make sure that everything lines up uh with the historical translation, uh, but just saying it in a way that is fresh and modern, so that if there's somebody who doesn't understand the Bible, doesn't know anything about Jesus, doesn't understand terms like sanctification, that they can pick this up, read it, and go, oh, you know what?
00:14:22.960 --> 00:14:23.679
That makes sense.
00:14:23.840 --> 00:14:25.919
It's written in the language that I speak today.
00:14:26.000 --> 00:14:29.519
So that's really my goal in producing this translation.
00:14:29.919 --> 00:14:33.440
So you started with Acts being your first.
00:14:34.159 --> 00:14:37.360
What made you start with Acts per se?
00:14:37.919 --> 00:14:41.120
Well, I started with Luke and uh I'm sorry, I meant Luke.
00:14:41.440 --> 00:14:53.600
Yeah, and it really was just um wanting to tell the resurrection story, and then I when I decided to do the whole book, it's like, well, I already did a little bit of Luke, so I'll just go ahead and start with that.
00:14:54.080 --> 00:15:07.279
Had I been doing it again, you know, I might have started with um Mark, uh something you know, kind of quick and simple, but you know, it just it didn't really matter where I started the whole thing was going to get done.
00:15:07.519 --> 00:15:10.480
It didn't really matter what order it was going to be in to me.
00:15:10.960 --> 00:15:19.200
Well uh Luke was is is detailed on a lot of things that the other books aren't in.
00:15:19.840 --> 00:15:21.840
Yeah, I mean he he was a doctor, right?
00:15:21.919 --> 00:15:31.360
And he was a physician, so it uh it shows a little bit in that writing that he gives a different little bit different perspective and details that some of the other gospels don't.
00:15:31.840 --> 00:15:42.000
Well, I was called into the ministry, sitting in a church one Sunday morning, mainline denomination, and I had been uh right after that I enrolled in seminary.
00:15:42.879 --> 00:15:47.759
And and that's when the problems arose.
00:15:48.559 --> 00:15:59.840
Uh the uh the Lord healed me a bona fide medical approved healing, and the church just could not accept it, so they asked us to leave.
00:16:00.399 --> 00:16:07.200
And so I dropped out of seminary and I left, and I spent four years being taught by the Holy Spirit.
00:16:08.240 --> 00:16:21.519
When I came out of that, but the other thing I was doing, and you may be too young to remember this, but back in the 70s the charismatic movement was coming in, and there were a lot of churches splitting and stuff.
00:16:22.080 --> 00:16:28.159
The Lord assigned me to be a mediator to keep these churches from splitting.
00:16:29.039 --> 00:16:35.279
And I told him several times, you know, this is not this is not what I had in mind when you'd call me into the ministry.
00:16:35.600 --> 00:16:44.000
So I did that, I did counseling, and then the Lord led me into being taught by the Holy Spirit.
00:16:44.320 --> 00:16:52.559
So years later I did go ahead and finish up my Bible school and stuff like that, and my uh chaplain's credentials and all that stuff.
00:16:52.720 --> 00:16:54.480
Yeah, but it'd be years later.
00:16:54.720 --> 00:17:03.840
So I was literally taught by the Holy Spirit, and it was amazing because I'd would talk to people and they'd say, Well, you've been reading so and so, you've been reading this.
00:17:04.720 --> 00:17:07.680
No, I don't know who you're talking about.
00:17:08.240 --> 00:17:13.200
So it was really quite interesting, and I've had fun being a Christian.
00:17:13.519 --> 00:17:18.640
So many people are sour faced and so so dead serious, you know.
00:17:18.960 --> 00:17:21.680
Uh Jesus and I go together and we have a ball.
00:17:21.920 --> 00:17:22.799
I have fun.
00:17:23.200 --> 00:17:37.440
I'm I'm thoroughly I'm I'm Pentecostal and I I've never had the Lord tell me to back off, always had him tell me to push on, you know, and and not to quit that I getting out of order.
00:17:37.680 --> 00:17:40.400
Anyway, I didn't mean to steal your thunder there.
00:17:41.039 --> 00:17:42.799
Any words of wisdom.
00:17:44.000 --> 00:17:55.599
Yeah, I would just say that if there's anybody listening that has felt intimidated by reading the Bible before, perhaps you didn't understand it, it seemed uh cold and distant.
00:17:55.920 --> 00:17:57.359
Give this version a try.
00:17:57.519 --> 00:18:05.519
You know, you can buy a single book, you can buy just the book of Luke or the book of Mark and just read it and see what you think, or listen to it and see what you think.
00:18:05.839 --> 00:18:12.960
Because I think um this is a translation that has a lower entry point for a lot of people.
00:18:13.279 --> 00:18:16.559
They're not going to be confused by it because it's in modern English.
00:18:16.640 --> 00:18:23.519
So if they speak uh English, read English, anybody's gonna be able to uh figure this out and and understand it.
00:18:23.680 --> 00:18:30.559
You know, I've had a couple of people say that they grew up with the King James Version or another version and really didn't get a lot out of it.
00:18:30.720 --> 00:18:36.160
They happened to come across this version and read it, and uh it's changed it for changed things for them.
00:18:36.240 --> 00:18:50.640
One young man said that he had been he had grown up in the church and um left, got into a lot of new age stuff, uh, happened to come across this uh work and read it, and now he's following Christ again.
00:18:50.799 --> 00:18:54.640
Um and that's obviously just God's working through me, right?
00:18:54.720 --> 00:18:55.920
He's he's the artist.
00:18:56.000 --> 00:18:58.880
I'm just the paintbrush he chose to use for this work.
00:18:59.200 --> 00:19:02.559
Um, but yeah, I would just say give it a shot.
00:19:02.720 --> 00:19:06.799
You've nothing to lose and everything to gain uh by reading God's word.
00:19:07.039 --> 00:19:16.880
And I I'm one of those crazy people who believe that Hebrews 4 is actually true, that God's word is alive, it is active, it is sharper than a two-edged sword.
00:19:17.039 --> 00:19:20.000
And that when you read it, things begin to change in your life.
00:19:20.240 --> 00:19:38.799
Doesn't mean you know it's like a snap of the fingers and something happens, but I believe a seed gets planted, and as you water it and tend to it by prayer and continued reading and fellowship with other Christians, things begin to shift and change in your life, and God does a work, and often he's going to lead you to a much better place than what you ever thought or imagined.
00:19:38.880 --> 00:19:42.799
So give him a shot, give the word a shot, and just see what he does with it.
00:19:43.359 --> 00:19:49.440
Eyes not seen, nor ears heard what God has intended for those who love him.
00:19:49.759 --> 00:19:53.519
But it has been revealed to us by his spirit.
00:19:53.839 --> 00:20:07.519
So I I I listen to Audible quite a bit, and I think uh I I generally go through the Bible three to four times a year uh with my studying and writing and everything, plus my other reading.
00:20:07.599 --> 00:20:10.799
I'm an avid reader, I read over 50 books a year.
00:20:10.960 --> 00:20:12.960
Wow, more like around a hundred.
00:20:13.440 --> 00:20:21.119
Anyway, I think I'll put this on Audible and start my day with uh going through this audible.
00:20:21.359 --> 00:20:23.839
So fantastic.
00:20:24.079 --> 00:20:28.400
We've got Bible reading plans for that start uh new every month.
00:20:28.480 --> 00:20:30.640
So if you want to start one in October, you can do that.
00:20:30.799 --> 00:20:33.039
Want to start one in March, you can do that.
00:20:33.359 --> 00:20:36.400
So, yeah, it's uh it's a great way to start your day.
00:20:36.559 --> 00:20:37.839
I absolutely agree with you there.
00:20:37.920 --> 00:20:41.519
And I think it's something we need to be in on a daily basis.
00:20:41.680 --> 00:20:51.039
I need to hear from God daily, and uh one of the ways that you can hear from God is just by being in his word and just uh enjoying his presence through it.
00:20:51.599 --> 00:20:56.880
This is not theologically correct, but when I got interested in God, he got interested in me.
00:20:58.400 --> 00:20:59.680
I understand the sentiment.
00:21:00.000 --> 00:21:01.200
The more you do it, yeah.
00:21:01.440 --> 00:21:02.799
Well, we wind this up.
00:21:02.960 --> 00:21:04.400
Uh, where can your books?
00:21:04.640 --> 00:21:08.880
They're available, I assume, on Amazon and other bookstores and your website.
00:21:09.200 --> 00:21:17.839
Yeah, so Audible and Amazon are where I direct most people to because they're familiar with it and it's easy to uh to navigate those two sites.
00:21:17.920 --> 00:21:20.240
So if they want the audio version, it's on Audible.
00:21:20.400 --> 00:21:27.759
If they want the e-version or a hard copy version um of the New Testament or some other books, they can go on Amazon for that as well.
00:21:27.920 --> 00:21:33.839
So Audible or Amazon, and it's available various other places too, but those are the two main ones.
00:21:34.400 --> 00:21:45.440
Well, before we go, I'll close this out in prayer, and we'll get a blessing on your ER E UR version, and we'll have the Lord bless it.
00:21:45.519 --> 00:21:51.119
We'll bless it ourselves because our words we bring about circumstances and conditions.
00:21:51.359 --> 00:21:55.920
I've lived to be what whatever I am, to be independent of circumstances.
00:21:56.160 --> 00:21:58.319
That's my version of Philippians 4.
00:21:58.799 --> 00:22:01.119
And I always ask, what does the Bible say?
00:22:01.599 --> 00:22:11.119
And uh, when I was called into the ministry, the Bible told me to walk humble and upright before him and be perfect and mind my own business.
00:22:12.960 --> 00:22:13.680
I get it.
00:22:13.920 --> 00:22:15.839
So, Father, we just thank you and praise you.
00:22:16.079 --> 00:22:28.799
We bless Dan and his uh version of the Bible and the word and let it be the beginning of something that continues to grow and grow and grow and grow and grow.
00:22:29.039 --> 00:22:35.279
Let him draw closer to you, anoint him, and let him have good success in that.
00:22:35.519 --> 00:22:54.799
And we we just call for prosperity and we call for success and we call for uh compassionate understanding and relaxation when he when people read this version and they come to know the true God Jesus Christ who is love.
00:22:55.680 --> 00:22:57.680
We ask it in Jesus' name.
00:22:58.160 --> 00:22:58.799
Amen.
00:22:59.279 --> 00:22:59.759
Amen.
00:22:59.920 --> 00:23:01.359
Thank you so much, Chaplin Terry.
